Two squared…..

So you are probably wondering what is two squared…..(yes it equals four but that’s not the point)

My lovely husband, Andrew, came up with a wonderful challenge for the two of us.
Two weeks, two challenges.
Every two weeks,Andrew and I, will take on various activities. Either take up yoga or stop eating rusks for every meal time (yummy but not too healthy….damn)

Why two weeks? It’s long enough to be tough but short enough not to seem too impossible.
Why do this? Because we are bored…..JOKES.

Both Andrew and I thrive on challenges. We love having goals to work towards. We also want to become healthier and fitter. So combining all of this and you get Two Squared.

I will use this blog to keep track of our progress but also to make us accountable. Nothing like making it public to keep a person on track…

So the first two weeks I will take up drinking 2 litres of water and Andrew will take up stretching everyday. Together we have also given up sweets aka chocolates *gasp* yes chocolates.

It will be tough but I guess if it was easy we wouldn’t do it.
